as a Seller
If you are interested in using The Boss Group services to represent you in the sale of your business and/or company, please fill out the contact form below.
As a seller, you will need to provide the following documents:
List of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment that will transfer with a sale
Guaranteed amount of inventory (including work in progress) that will transfer with a sale.
Copies of business loans, promissory notes, and liens that will be released with the transfer of the sale.
After you have completed the contact form below, we will email you the Seller’s Package to complete. We look forward to working with you on accomplishing your goals!
