  • Buyers are asked to fill out our Buyer Profile. This will allow us to work within the parameters of your needs--- economic or area of interest —to find the right business for you.
  • In addition, we'll need a Personal Financial Statement from you, so that we can help you find the right size of business and which lending institution would best serve your economic needs.
  • We also require potential Buyers to sign and return a Confidentiality Agreement. Confidentiality is just as important to the Buyer as it is to the Seller. In keeping the purchase of a business confidential, this will ensure an easy transition where the employees, customers and vendors remain unaware of your intentions. First time buyers, seasoned buyers or national corporations, we treat every buyer with same diligence and care.
